CHARLYN

Biography

CHARLYN (Charline Mathez) is a Swiss artist and songwriter. Her music contains a mixture of stylistic influences ranging from Pop, Rock and Electronic with a hint of 80`s.
Born on 26th December 1991, she grew up in the French speaking part of Switzerland. In 2012 she moved to London to study music in the hope of becoming a successful artist. Whilst studying at BIMM London (Tech Music School) she met the members of her live band - Robin Wheeler (producer/guitatist), George Price (bassist) and Loric Mathez (drummer). Charlyn has played renowned venues nationally and internationally such as Bush Hall (London), The 02 Forum (Kentish Town), Nambucca (London), The Good Ship (London), Fête de la musique (Yverdon), La Braderie (Porrentruy), Montreux Jazz Festival and many more.
