Biography

claire my flair are singer and guitarist Chiara Fanuli and her Band Benj Flückiger (bass) and Paul Grimshaw (Drums).
Back in school Chiara taught herself to play the guitar with the help of Youtube and the countless records of her idols she listened to on repeat. She begins to write her own songs which for some time only she herself gets to hear. When the pandemic comes she spends a lot of time in her bedroom and starts recording her songs with a cellphone camera. These small performances she then uploads to Instagram. This makes other musicians around her curious which eventually leads to Chiara being on stage - as a guitar player and background vocalist for the Zürich bands Waverer and Pleader. However she had not abandoned her own music in the meantime: Soon her friends discover her soundcloud profile where Chiara had been uploading her originals unnoticed. It didn't take long until one of her friends asks her to record one of the songs together - she agrees. What was then put together in a basement in Zürich can now be heard as claire my flair's first single called "S.O.S." on streaming platforms and on the radio.
Nobody knows where it's going from here but it's not backwards - claire my flair seems to still have some too many stories to tell for that.
