Biography
„Rock Infinity! The sound of the Baden-Swiss quintet penetrates the worlds of the subconscious and incomprehensible with no regard for genres nor boundaries.
Modern post- and prog-rock elements meet the classic sound of the 70s; an original mixture of lively and creative music, which nowadays finds more and more devotees.
On their second album Giant Sleep takes you on a journey through rock history and beyond. Classically heavy riffing, pounding, hypnotizing rhythms and the tension of quieter sounds in the best Pink Floyd manner convince with honesty and catchiness.
The two guitarists, Markus Ruf and Patrick Hagmann (ex-Fear My Thoughts) rely on power and melodies that dialogue perfectly with the powerful voice of Thomas Rosenmerkel (ex-Destruction). The frontman belongs to the elite of South German rock singers. The Drums are „occupied“ by the Swiss Manuel Spänhauer; On bass, Radek Stecki who was formely responsible for the sub-tones of Freiburg`s Kate On Crack.
Giant Sleep open up new spheres and focus on what is clearly the desire of the Rock audience: Pure live energy, feeling and inspiration!
