HYBISAE's very first EP 'Look What You've Done To Me' is finally here!!!

Prinn & Mae , the two members of the group, started out by releasing a few tracks back in 2018/2019. They then took some time to learn, discover and create, which lead to the release of 'Ready' & 'Feelin such a' in 2021, as well as 'Talking to me' & 'And again' in 2022. They also released 'ohmygod' in January 2023, then 'Chest' & 'Consequence' as the two singles for their new EP. They started performing their music live throughout their home country, Switzerland in 2022 and were busy with shows in 2023 (opening for Dadi Freyr among other shows). They've promoted their music on TV (RTS1, CanalAlpha, M le Média) & on the radio (RhôneFM, RTN, Grrif, RadioRocher).

In terms of influence, the duo has many, ranging from 60s rock'n'roll to 70's disco to 90's french house and very current pop music. Daft Punk, CHIC, the Rolling Stones, Marc Ronson and Calvin Harris have particularly influenced Prinn, as he went on his journey through self-learning music production and creating his unique and inventive sound. Meanwhile, Mae has been influenced throughout his life by various artists as well. He draws inspiration from incredible singers/songwriters such as P!nk, Dua Lipa, Loleatta Holloway, Luther Vandross and Doja Cat among others.

Hybisae's music is therefore very pop-oriented, with a unique mix of hyperpop, rock and electro-pop. Moreover, the duo is not only pushing boundaries in their music but also in their personnal life and appearance, not conforming to gender norms and being part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
