Biography

When I was two years old my Mom started taking me to music lessons, where I was first exposed to the different instruments. I fell in love with the piano, and when I turned five I started lessons at the music school in Rheinfelden, Switzerland. I also studied flute from 2007 to 2012, at the Knaben-und Mädchenmusik in Basel.

I first discovered my passion for singing in a local church choir, and started taking voice lessons at age eight in Rheinfelden. I’ve been studying with Gry Knudsen ever since, and in 2014 I added jazz vocal lessons with Gina Günthard at the Jazz School Basel. There, I also started learning music theory and taking ensemble classes as part of the TAF and Precollege programs.

I've always loved creating my own music, writing my first piano composition at age eight and my first pop tune at twelve. I’ve been writing ever since.

I love using my summer breaks for music studies, and I’ve taken part in several different summer programs in music schools all over the world.
