Rabbit Hash

Biography

Rabbit Hash is a Swiss folk rock band from Lyss.
The band uses the free internet encyclopedia Wikipedia as an endless treasure trove for their
inspiration. Felix Briner (vocals, guitar, saxophone), Lars Schumacher (piano, organ, vocals) and Nick
Vieille (vocals, guitar, harmonica) came up with the idea of taking selected Wikipedia articles as the
base for their song lyrics and setting them to music themselves in 2018. Later Joel Hug (cajon,
percussion) and Simeon Weiss (sound engineer/mixer) joined the band.
In February 2021 Rabbit Hash recorded their first album "Coast To Coast" at the Mazzive-Sound-
Studio in Bellmund with Serge Christen and Luk Kipfer. It was an intense and emotional time for the
five friends, who also spend a lot of time together away from the band life.
