Biography

Shoot The Satellite is a side project of Thomas Seidmann (Yet No Yokai, Tom Silkman), in which he experiments with Krautpop & -rock, Neo-Psychedelia, electronic beats, German and English lyrics and performs as a DJ/vocalist/guitarist.

2023 he stumbles across a digital folder with produced music from weird 2020, which has fallen into oblivion. The raw and lo-fi tracks are too good to let them languish in nirvana he finds and decides to release them.
Independently and almost simultaneously, the omnipresent topic of publicly accessible artificial intelligence inspires him; the cover for the EP, generated in seconds, closes the circle for an initially formless and aimless project - Shoot The Satellite awakens again from deep sleep.
