The name Sury is based on her Indian middle name. Her music varies between quiet and melancholic sounds to groovy retro soul and powerful ballads. Thereby autobiographical and taken from life lyrics tell about topics like love and happiness up to loss, self-discovery and independence. In combination with the soulful voice of Sury, these hit right to the heart...

In April 2022 Sury released her debut album "Do My Thing" and presented it as Sury & Band in the almost sold out Vario Bar in Olten. Before that, a few singles were released, which are played on numerous indie radios. Her latest release "Daydream" was produced by Carmen Fenk. Special concert highlights so far were a live stream at 20 Minuten and the support show for Nnavy.
